@kabeza if dompdf is crashing (from dompdf bug or resource limitation) you should see some kind of error; try ini_set(‘display_errors’, 1)?

@kabeza not too familiar with your dompdf issue, but try adding $GLOBALS[‘_dompdf_show_warnings’] = false to dompdf_config.inc.php
