@somerandomdude @Twitter’s in a tough spot, ultimately. If a standard does emerge as the winner they suddenly face lots more competition.

@somerandomdude biggest roadblock seems to be established, closed ecosystems. If @Twitter would support something like OStatus we’d all win.
