@MagicalTux that is a big problem; being able to turn off font embedding would be useful, but other issues need to be tackled first
@MagicalTux #dompdf could, in theory, use fonts that aren’t embedded, but the code will need modification to support that functionality

@williamli1983 reference your font via CSS; don’t forget to add that font to DOMPDF using load_font.php
@williamli1983 use DOMPDF 0.6.0 alpha 2, enable Unicode in the config file, and supply your own font
