Flight into Atlanta was delayed. Went from D concourse to C. Made my connection with one minute to spare. Sometimes air travel just works out.

What Auernheimer did was questionable, but the nature of his prosecution and how he’s been portrayed is over the top. The government seems more interested in making examples of computer “crime” rather than prosecuting with reasonable guidelines. I’m sure there’s a bit of pride with the prosecutor attempting to pad their resume with a big win. It just seems too easy to make a big case out of very little.
