I thought it interesting that though the author touched on it he didn’t make the connection between the denial of secret menus and nutrition posting requirements. Mo doubt that if the companies officially endorse the menus they would have to produce the nutrition information for them.

But i don’t have a gripe against them for that. what i really wanted to say was that I love the flexibility some restaurants have with their product. I think that not only does it lead to greater customer loyalty, but probably makes it easier on the staff, too. Though I can imagine learning all the secret menu items can be difficult, at least you can feign ignorance.
